JERRY LAU
Jerry has more decades of experience in private & public investments in New Zealand and held significant roles in multiple institutions, building wealth management services for high-net-worth clients with strong focus on ANZ market.
Prior to Riverstone, Jerry is the founder of Integration Capital, a full licensed wealth management platform in New Zealand with over US$1bn AUM. Jerry holds an Executive Development Program certificate from Peking University's HSBC Business School

HENRY WANG
Henry is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in private investment and capital markets gained at global top-tier financial institutions such as Nomura and China International Capital Corporations (CICC).Throughout his career, Henry has built deep and trusted relationships with global financial institutions, multinational corporations, and HNW investors.
Prior to Riverstone, Henry was with Nomura’s special situation financing team where he has help deployed over US$1bn of capital into private credit transactions across APAC region. Henry holds a degree of science from Singapore Management University

SEAN PAN
Mr. Sean Pan has nearly 25 years of experience in property development, including over 13 years in New Zealand across large-scale projects, marina construction, and commercial leasing.
He is Vice President and a founding member of the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Zendai Property Limited, a Hong Kong-listed developer, where he spent over a decade honing his skills in planning, consent management, marketing, and budgeting. Known for his strategic foresight and strong execution, Mr. Pan now focuses on financial oversight and project supervision

YUE WANG
Yue Wang, who is the General Counsel of Riverstone Capital, and Director of Lighthouse Law, a boutique firm specializing in immigration and commercial law. She previously held senior roles at Lane Neave and Chen Palmer, and was a Director at KPMG. With over 17 years of experience in litigation, regulatory, and cross-border advisory and immigration work, Yue brings deep legal expertise and a strong understanding of international business and investment. Her work bridges local insight with global perspective, supporting clients across diverse sectors.
